Our online upload form accepts only up to 16 Mbyte JPG/JPEG files. If you would like to submit TIFF or other file formats, please place your order using a small JPEG version of the file and submit your original file by one of the following methods: • Bring the original file(s) to our production center/art studios. • Mail the original file(s) on a CD or DVD, please visit our “contact us” page for the full address. • Email us a link to the original file(s) on your server, or provide us with your FTP server info. • Upload the original file(s) to our FTP server. Please contact us to have our FTP server info details. The printing process starts when we receive your hi-res file(s).
