To translate this into feet, you will need to determine the spacing for you system while considering the voltage. For example, if you are using 4″ spacing (which is 12″ per foot / 4″ per LED = 3 LEDs per foot), with a 12V system, then you can determine that your maximum run is 420 LEDs / 3 LEDs per foot = 140 feet.
