WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM RATE FACTOR WOULD RECOGNIZE FOR A PERFORMING ARTIST, HIRED MUSICIAN OR ROAD CREW?
FACTOR does not publish the maximum recognized rates for the artist(s) and hired individuals. For hired professionals, simply put in the amount that is charged for the service. If a portion of the fee is donated, be sure to include the full cost of his/her service (cash and donated) under the rate. For an artist who would like to donate the cost of their performance, indicate a reasonable amount in the donated services column (if applicable). If the amounts of fees claimed are above the amount recognized by FACTOR then your budget will be adjusted to reflect the internal caps in place. This will not affect your submission proposal.
