What is the Maximum PF my company can deduct?

0

12% of basic (if DA is present – then is is 12% of basic+DA), which is 7800 maximum. Anything beyond this can be deducted only after your written consent and this is termed VPF (Voluntary PF), which is an increase in your contribution and has nothing to do with Employer’s share. PS: For a 12.5 lakh salary, 65000 basic a month is way tpp high; if it is possible you could try to change the pay structure for a more friendly one.
