A. We have tested the LR6 within both IC and non-IC cans in very demanding environments simulating a hot attic environment (up to 60 degrees Celsius). Because of our integrated thermal management features, even under these extremes, the maximum junction temperature of the LR6 LED’s is less than manufacturer specified maximums.
