What is the maximum number of vacant room-nights that SHOWT will allocate to SHOWT members and be accessed by SHOWT members each year?
• In any single year the maximum number of vacant room-nights that members will allocate and access will not exceed the number of SHOWT subscriptions for that year multiplied by 30 – not 36. Each year, therefore, the total vacant room-nights provided and accessed by members will not exceed 30 x the number of SHOWT subscriptions. This means that in any year some SHOWT members will host other members for 36 room-nights; others will have hosted for less than 36 room-nights. In total, the number allocate and accessed cannot exceed 30 x the number of SHOWT subscriptions. ALL unallocated vacant SHOWT room-nights existing at the end of each SHOWT year are reduced to zero.
