This depends on the size of the shirt. On average we can fit about: 9 letters and 2 numbers on shirt sizes 6/7 Yrs up to Large Boys 13+ letters and 2 numbers for all other adult shirts We will endeavour to meet your requirements, but this should be used as a rough guide.
