What is the maximum number of days should we watch a program before taking a break and how long of a break between any program?
This is up to you. Some people watch a DSPP program for five days and then take a break, and then go back a week later, others watch it only once and then wonder why nothing is happening, and others watch it every single day. It’s your own preference. You can’t be wrong. There are no rules. Of course, if you only watch a DSPP program once, you’re not going to get much help. That’s like doing one push-up to exercise and lose weight and expecting to lose all excess weight after that one push-up.
