The database has a maximum sequence length of 350 kb, however if your sequence is very long (over 29 kb on a PC machine running Windows), you probably won’t be able to cut & paste it in the WEBIN form in one go (this is due to the buffer size limit on your computer). You should use the File Upload facility to enter your sequence directly from a disk file, or less reliably, cut & paste it in several chunks less than 29 kb.
