What is the maximum density that I can achieve on a RFMU District, Receiving Land Parcel?

0

The base residential density allowable for designated Receiving Lands is one (1) unit per five (5) gross acres (0.2 dwelling units per acre). The maximum density achievable in Receiving Lands through the TDR process is one (1) dwelling unit per acre (except in Rural Villages as explained below). An additional bonus of 0.1 unit/acre may be achieved by preservation of additional native vegetation or by additional wetlands mitigation. This maximum density is exclusive of the Density Blending provisions. To redeem TDR Credits, they must be in whole units.
