A. Individual public and private contracts and subcontracts of $5 million or less are eligible. SBA can also guarantee a bond on a Federal contract up to $10 million, if the contracting officer certifies that a guarantee would be in the best interest of the Government. There is no limit to the number of bonds that can be guaranteed for any one contractor.
