A. You may establish a Health Care FSA, a Dependent Care FSA, or both depending on your personal circumstances. Each Flexible Spending Account has its own separate limit. See your employer for details. Health Care FSA – The maximum amount that you may contribute to your Health Care FSA is limited by your company’s plan and may change from plan year to plan year. You are advised to review your Summary Plan Description for your plan’s details or you may contact Sentinel at flexhelp@sentinelgroup.com. Dependent Care FSA – The Internal Revenue Service regulations limit the maximum amount that you may contribute to the program. Currently the maximum is the lesser of $5,000 per year per family or 100% of the lowest paid spouse’s income.
