The M133ST and M166ST can have a maximum of 80 MB (with 16 MB onboard). Officially, the P150ST can have a maximum of 48 MB (with 16 MB onboard). However, I have heard reports that the P150ST can take up to 80 MB RAM as well, but this may not be the case for everybody. The same can be said for the P133ST, which officially has a max of 40 MB (with 8 MB onboard), but can possibly have a max of 72 MB.
