What is the max / min withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal is £10 or currency equivalent or your remaining account balance. The maximum withdrawal in one transaction is £3000 or currency equivalent. If you wish to withdraw more than £3000 or currency equivalent in one transaction please contact Gaming Support Team. If you are withdrawing £3,000 (currency equivalent) or more, we will ask you to provide us with paper copies of your current Utility Bill (only a bill that has been issued within the last 3 months is acceptable) AND a copy of your Credit / Debit Card statement showing your registered home address before the withdrawal can be made (only a statement that has been issued within the last 3 months is acceptable). This is necessary for your security.
