Matterhorn is a project that aims to build an enterprise-level, easy-to-install open source podcast and rich media capture, processing and delivery system. Developed officially launched in July 2009. A 0.5 release is scheduled for January 2010, and a 1.0 release in August 2010. See the Opencast Matterhorn Wiki for more detailed information about the project.
