What is the Masterplan and what is its purpose?
The Masterplan provides the framework within which detailed proposals for the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter can be brought forward. It needs to be robust as it is the basis for development of the site for the next 20 years. It does not dictate the detailed planning of every component of the site, but sets out a broad vision and the policies that any detailed design for any element of the plan should adhere to.
