What is the massage is too rough or not deep enough?
It is very important that you let the therapist know if you are uncomfortable and want something changed at any time during the massage. Massage Therapist are not mind readers, you are paying for this service and we would rather you tell us than leave unhappy. At the same time, just because you like a really deep massage some times it is not beneficial and can cause more isssues.
