The Maryland Plan to Eliminate Minority Health Disparities was developed from over 1000 comments and recommendations gathered from stakeholders throughout the state on how health disparities are impacting the lives of our citizens and what actions can be taken to improve the health of Marylanders. The plan covers topics such as, health professional education, health disparities data, resources for reducing disparities and access to quality health care. Look for the final draft of the Maryland Plan to Eliminate Minority Health Disparities to be released by January 2007.
