Mars Import only accepts returns on items that were damaged in shipping, or if the wrong product is sent to you. All other sales are final. Mars Import will replace any item that is damaged in shipping. Please contact us by email at CustomerService@marsimport.com and mail back the damaged item AS WELL AS THE PACKAGE AND PACKING MATERIALS you received it in. If you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us at CustomerService@marsimport.com and mail the item back. We will send you the correct item with free shipping.
