The Marquee incorporates the Information Centre, this is the organisational hub of the event and is used for any queries and results. A supply of pins, labels and plastic bags for clothing, will be available. Refreshments are also available which are sold by the Rotary Club Inner Wheel for charity, including Hot and Cold drinks, sandwiches and muffins.
