What is the Marin Math Circle Forum and how do I join?

0

The Marin Math Circle Forum is an online discussion group intended to augment our weekly meetings. Students can use it to post ideas and solutions relating to problems from our sessions or to start discussions of other mathematical topics. The forum is only open to Marin Math Circle participants and their parents. To access the forum, you must first register for an account at The Art of Problem Solving by clicking the register link and activating your registration using the link that the Art of Problem Solving emails you. Then email Linda your username info and she will be able to give you permission to access the forum. Once you have permission, you’ll be able to find the forum on the communities page of the Art of Problem Solving website or access it directly from here. You have to be at least 13 or have parental permission to join a forum. So you may want to have you parents join for you — otherwise you may have to send in a permission slip.
