What is the manager of a radio station in Cameroon doing in the US?

It’s a little tricky. I had this drive to do something in Cameroon and ended up settling on radio, mostly because I wanted to be able to share. And I see the radio as a big classroom. I thought that if there was a good team in place and good programming, it might work. How often do you go to Cameroon? Twice a year. Sometimes three times. You must be very good at delegating. Yes. I went back to school and did a masters degree in management. It helps. When did you set up the station and what is its philosophy?
