What is the Making Choices programme?

The aim of the programme is to help people make an informed choice about choosing a career in working with children, young people and families, in order to enable the on-going expansion of the children’s workforce. This includes those who are making early career choices, returning to work or learning, changing careers or for those already working in the children’s workforce who wishes to further their careers, or move into a different sector.
