What is the major difference between LITCT and other Latin curricula?

Ours has a Christian perspective. In most Latin books, the grammar is designed to help the student eventually translate “Caesar’s Commentaries on the Gallic Wars”. That is why there are so many words like soldier, war, fight, weapon, camp, attack and the like. We have used many of those words, because they are expected in a standard Latin book, but we also use words meaning angel, God, savior, law, Lord, Sabbath, sanctify, and other words found in Scriptures.
