What is the main underlining message behind all this real estate development?
Actually, we build real estate to satisfy everybody’s needs. Since we said that Ras Al Khaimah is developing its industry sector a lot, every year we create more than 30 000 new jobs in Ras Al Khaimah. All these people need to be accommodated. We do not build real estate purely for the beauty of the building; it should not stay empty, it has to be full. So, we develop projects and buildings for the needs of people, that are sustainability, well designed as well as iconic in structure. For most of these projects we have been calling on major international architects with fantastic track records and landmark businesses.
