Opal Koboi is attempting to become queen or “empress” of the world. She was in a “coma” and is replaced by an exact clone that is brain dead. She wants to reveal fairies to humans. Also, she receives a human pituitary gland and rounded ears so the world will take her seriously. Opal tries to kill Artemis, Holly, Foaly, Root, and all other important people of the series. But, Holly and Artemis work together to try and stop her. As always.
