Each program is designed to meet the needs of two distinct groups of accounting career minded students in our diploma programs. The ACC 2 Year Program was designed to meet the needs of the first group of students identified. This group of accounting students would like to obtain employment in an accounting environment in a relatively short time period and would continue their accounting education after obtaining a full time position. They require a program which provides them with practical, “up to date” skills that can be applicable in an accounting working environment today. The ACF 3 Year Program was designed to meet the needs of the second group of students identified. This group of accounting students would like to pursue their professional accounting designation and would be willing to stay in a full time academic institution for a longer period of time.
