Stock cabinetry is made in advance and is built to inventory. Some size, color and style limitations exist due the space available and to the cost of inventorying so many cabinets. These are usually basic quality and have some size limitations. Factory made to standard sizes. Semi-custom cabinetry is made to order and will allow some size changes and the combinimg of cabinetry. There are more styles and colors available. Because they are all made at the same time there is better color consistency and you have a much greater selection of materials.
