Currant Welsh Cakes: A Traditional Welshcake variety the main vine fruit used is choicest currants. Whisky Welsh Cakes: A speciality Welshcake variety made using Welsh Single Malt Whisky, (Penderyn) The vine fruit is marinated in Penderyn single malt Whisky for 24 hours prior to adding to the Welshcake mixture. Caerphilly Welsh Cakes: A speciality Welshcake variety made with crumbly Caws Cenarth, made on an organic farm in West Wales and mature cheddar and Llangofflan cheeses. Sultana Welsh Cakes: An Original Welshcake premier variety made using plump sultanas.
