What is the Magna Club and what is a giant?
The Magna Club is our primary sales incentive program for our Community Account Managers (our title for our outside sales position). The Magna Club is designed to encourage the CAM to do more of the things that benefit the company, to provide additional motivation for the CAM beyond their normal pay, and to allow the CAM to see how he/she is progressing within the company. With every ad sale a CAM makes a certain number of giants (points) are assigned to the sale. The more sales a CAM makes the more giants are accumulated and the faster the CAM moves through the Magna Club. Success in moving through the Magna Club creates more benefits and career opportunities for the CAM.
