An M.S. is required to apply directly to the Ph.D. program. Therefore, if you have not earned the M.S. degree then you can apply to the M.S. leading to Ph.D. track program. If accepted into this program you will study towards earning the M.S. first and continue on for the Ph.D. Computer Science and Electrical Engineering applicants who want to apply to the M.S. leading to Ph.D. track program must select the Ph.D. option on their online application.
