What is the Lunar Cycle of fertility?
In the 1950’s a Czech doctor, Eugen Jonas, identified and assessed a biorhythmic cycle as having an effect on fertility. Through extensive research and thorough testing, he concluded that a woman is fertile during the same phase of the lunar month that was present when she was born, regardless of whether she is at her mid-cycle ovulation (5). That is, she releases (or has the potential to release) an egg on the same phase of the moon that she was born on. For example, if you were born on the full moon, then you would find that you would be fertile during the full moon phase, even if you were not in your normal mid cycle fertility period.
