What is the LTCs level of support?
For the most part, all that is needed is the initial blog set-up by the LTC’s blog systems administrator. Hands-on training, of course, is available upon request. LTC will also visit a class to give an overview to students in the class. The basic set-up to create a blog is not complicated nor time-consuming. However, if you have a large number of students and each will have blog, please allow up to a week during peak periods in the semester to create them.
