I think most schools would consider that unacceptable. But the Ivy League schools, just like all other schools, look at the whole package and they probably admit you if there were some mitigating factors, like if your dad donates a new wing. 🙂 Seriously, in general a score of 1000 is about as low as you can get and still hope to get into an Ivy League school, and the rest of your academic record would really have to be great to compensate for that.
