What is the loss and/or return policy on products?
No returns unless product is defective or we sent you something you did not specifically order. In the event you want to return an item in exchange for another item (i.e.: ordered the wrong item), you must call us 1-888-239-6680 or 504-228-3861or contact us via the Contact Us page for approval describing what you want. Item(s) must be in new, unopened condition, and we reserve the right not to exchange certain items that we have dropped shipped due to the manufacturer’s and/or provider’s policy. In the event we approve of you returning the item(s) and it meets the criteria aforesaid, we will issue a credit less the shipping and handling fees upon reception.
