24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments of 1-2 hours 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments of over 2 hours Failure to give the appropriate notice will result in a cancellation fee. For gift vouchers, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total value of the voucher.
