In the event a member loses his or her key to a registered locked bicycle, Pedal Secure will send a service representative to cut the lock. Member must have their membership ID or wallet card, the bicycle serial number matching the one on file and two forms of identification. Pedal Secure is NOT responsible for the lock or any lock replacement. We apologize for being so strict on this coverage however; we never want to cut a lock that doesn’t belong to a Pedal Secure member. For your protection and for ours, PLEASE keep you ID with you at all times when you’re riding your bicycle. There are no exceptions, 15 days after the serial number on the bike is given to PedalSecure the lock out service is available.
