The default lock code for a Nokia device is "12345" . If it doesn’t work on a device, Then it must have been changed by any user. To restore a phone lock code, A master reset should be done.

You can visit www.unlocking4free.com to get the free master reset code for most of the basic model Nokia phones. If your mobile model is not available in the supported models list, you can take to mobile to any nearby Nokia dealer.
