Future affordable housing is planned throughout Poway. Six affordable housing sites are in the pipeline with one currently under construction. Two sites are located north of Twin Peaks Road, and three are located in residential areas proximate to the Town Center area. The sites have been purchased and earmarked for affordable housing based on the zoning and/or proximity to services and transportation.
