All “direct shipments” (meaning any materials to be used in constructing and/or promotion in your booth that are being delivered direct to the convention center rather than shipped in advance to the warehouse) must go through the LOADING DOCK. The LOADING DOCK serves as a staging area to control traffic flow into Orlando County Convention Center as well as the weight station for all vehicles to be weighed prior to delivery for an accurate material and handling charge.
