Rapid-Ask by STS has NO limits, although there is probably a limit to the number of questions your team realistically would answer. There is a 2 gigabyte size limit to the bundled version of SQL Server that comes with Rapid-Ask, after which you would need to upgrade to the paid version of SQL Server.
