What is the lifetime of the mold fill head interface material to the mold? How much does it cost to replace it?
The mold fill head is sealed via an o-ring. Replacement of the seal is part of the standard maintenance procedure and depends on the number of mold fill operations. For production use, the seal will be replaced daily. The o-ring cost depends on quantity and is available upon request. The price of o-rings represents a very small contribution to the per wafer cost.
