What is the Lifelong Learning Institute?
A Lifelong Learning Institute is a community of adults who have a passion for learning for the sake of learning. They are interested in various topics that they want to learn more about ….but they are not interested in credits, grades, tests or long term commitment. Members may choose to learn to play an instrument or better understand the Battles of the Civil War or delve into the differences between the Sunni and the Shiites. They want to be able to choose the topics for study as well as to learn with people of similar interests.
