What is the life span of the General Conditions?
The general conditions are normally valid for an indefinite period: they remain in force till the expiration of the last Service subject to Specific Conditions. They can be cancelled by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by either party with an advance notice period of 3 months. The General Conditions can also be cancelled without advance notice by one of the parties in case of a breach of contractual duties by the other party. The cancellation of the General Conditions automatically results in the cancellation of the Specific Conditions.
