The IDL Astronomy Library procedures are in the public domain. If included in a package with other procedures, I suggest that the Astronomy Library procedures be kept in a separate directory. Please contact me if you wish to make changes to a procedures, as there is a good chance that I would be able to include the changes in the official version.
