The maximum liability would be if you did not submit a tonne kilometre monitoring plan and did not submit verified TKM data, the maximum liability would be 100 euro’s times your annual emissions for every year that you operate under the scheme. Without submitting your TKM data you do not qualify for any free allowance. Generally you should be getting 97% of your emissions for free and you will not be able to get any of those if you don’t submit your data.
