Since we use an epoxy coupling chemistry for attaching the ion exchange ligands we do not expect any substantial ligand leaching. We have run a Q 75 with bovine plasma to purify the serum albumin from it. After 1000 runs we did not find any change in performance regarding capacity or flow rate.
