What is the level of confidentiality and privacy of my submitted video tapes/discs?
Your videos are processed by only a single person in most cases. That person is assigned to the conversion, authoring and all processes related to the conversion of the video. At rare occasions, a second person may be needed if the first person is unable to complete the job. Do let us know if we are handling sensitive documents so as to ensure strict handling by one person for the whole process. With regards to viewing of the tape’s content, it cannot be avoided as we need to see the parts of the video to ensure that the process is going well. We believe you understand that we cannot transfer video content without viewing parts of the video in the various stages of the video conversion process to ensure the video is being converted properly. Please be assured that we value our customer’s privacy and any video we convert will be treated in the highest privacy level possible.
