What is the Lenten Observance Reflection Series?
The Lenten Observance Reflection series, a DVD-assisted reflection on the readings for the Sunday Masses, is designed to foster individual and small group spiritual formation during the Season of Lent. In this series, Bishop Alvaro Corrada, SJ presents six ten -minute video segments that focus on “Live Abundantly! Live in Jesus!” The DVD is accompanied by printed resource materials offering suggested topics for discussion, meditation, and prayer. Materials can be reproduced for each group/participant. A general lenten bulletin insert will be available this year, and every parish is encouraged to take advantage of this insert. Whether inserted in the bulletin or distributed separately, it is important to remind people of th eLenten journey and to invite them to participate in the small group reflections.
