Under city ordinance, we can begin the tear off process no earlier than 7am and begin heavy machinery no earlier than 8am. Typically, a re-roof of just one layer of shingles on a one story house will only take just one day! Facing unexpected additional construction, large roof replacement projects, or a number of other scenarios, will take no more than just two full days for a full roof replacement including a thorough clean up.
